San Vigilio is an oasis in the heart of the Dolomites and gives you the chance to live the everyday live of a mountain village. The marvellous peaks of Natural Park Fanes - Sennes - Prags build a majestic amphitheater for your vacancy, that will amaze you with his colours and shapes.

How to reach us by car

San Vigilio is easily reachable from Brunico or by passing through Cortina.

If you are coming from Bolzano, follow highway A22 until Bressanone/Val Pusteria, then pursue on  route SS49-E66, until San Lorenzo, follow the directions for Val Badia, pass all the galleries and turn left at the crossroad in Longega. The Piccolo Hotel Claudia - small and individual, is located in the centre of the village.

From Venice, take the highway A27 Alemagna until the end, than take the 51 Alemagna in direction Tai di Cadore, pursue until Cortina. From there, follow the directions for Passo Falzarego and drive down in Val Badia, drive along until Longega, where you have to turn right for San Vigilio.

How to reach us by train

Travelling with Trenitalia, from Bolzano there is a direct train to San Candido and a train to Fortezza (where you can change) to arrive in San Lorenzo every half an hour. In San Lorenzo you can take the bus to Longega and than the transfer to San Vigilio (or else, you can take a taxi).
If you travel with the German or Austrian trains the connections between Bologna, Verona and Venice are very convenient and rapid.
Once you reach us, we will give you the Alto Adige Pass for traveling on every public transport of the region for free.

How to reach us by plane

South Tirol is close to big foreign airports, as Innsbruck (Austria, 115 kilometres) and Munich (Germany, 321 kilometres away), and to national airports like Verona (230 kilometres), Venice (200 kilometres) and Treviso (187 kilometres away).
